Each team is repsonsible for one-half the refree fees for each game. There are no ARs for U9, U10, U11 and divisions below Gold in U12, so those teams are only responsible for one-half the "R" fee.  U12 Gold Division and older utilize the three-referee system and are responsibel for the full fees.
